2 die in canyon crash | News
The California Highway Patrol says Benca Kadar of Irvine and Thomas Alan Johnson of Corona died when their Jeep rolled down the side of the Kern River Canyon.
The crash occurred just after 6 Friday night off Highway 178 on the Freeway Ridge trail.
Their vehicle rolled about 200 feet, according to the CHP.
